Academy Parents - Submitting the Parent Permission Form

This page will walk you through the process of filling out the Academy Parent Permission and Release form. This form is required to be on file for all students, and must be filled out each year your student is attending the academy.

1. In a web browser, go to aspen.interlochen.org. This will bring you to the
log in page.

2. Enter your Login ID and Password, and click the Log On button. Make sure you use your parent account, and NOT the student's Aspen login credentials. This should have been emailed to you within 48 hours of Interlochen receiving your deposit and Enrollment Agreement. If you have paid your deposit and signed your Enrollment Agreement more than 48 hours ago, and do not have your Login ID and Password, please email techhelpdesk@interlochen.org.

3. Once you have logged in, click on the Family tab.


4. Click on your student's name. This will load your student's information.

5. Click the Academy Forms tab, then click the link next to "Academy Parent Permission".

6. This will load the Parent Permission and Release Form, which you can then Submit.

7. After submitting, you will receive an email confirmation (sent to Parent/Guardian 1 Email on the form), containing your responses. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact academy@interlochen.org.
