Parent - Accessing Your Student's Schedule in Aspen

  1. In a web browser, go to aspen.interlochen.org. Enter your Login ID and password. This should have been emailed to you once Interlochen received your deposit and Enrollment Agreement. If you have paid your deposit and signed your Enrollment Agreement, and do not have your Login ID and Password, please email techhelpdesk@interlochen.org. 

  2. Click on the Family tab.

  3. If you do not see all of your students listed, click on the filter icon in the upper right and select "All Records". Then click on your student's name, then click on the Schedule side tab.

  4. This will show you a list view of your student's classes. To see a matrix view, click on the Matrix View link in the upper left.

  5. In the Time field, select the appropriate session (e.g. 3 weeks - First). If your student is attending camp for four or six weeks you may need to view each session separately (e.g. 3 Weeks - First AND 3 Weeks - Second; 2 Weeks - Second AND 2 Weeks - Third, etc).
